Sébastien Sasseville and Gabriel Renaud know how to rally a diverse group of people around a common goal
Sébastien Sasseville was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2002, the most severe form of the disease. The rest is remarkable: Sébastien is the first Canadian with type 1 diabetes to summit Mount Everest. In 2014, Sébastien raced across Canada, a journey of 7,500 kilometers, or 180 marathons in nine months. He has also completed the legendary Sahara Race and, of course, the Race Across America.
Gabriel Renaud was a field hockey player on the NCAA college circuit. He then spent six years traveling the world as an athlete on the Red Bull Crashed Ice circuit. Inspired by his experience with sports teams, Gabriel is now a consultant specializing in team management and team building. He co-founded Hubu, a firm dedicated to making teams more cohesive and effective through unforgettable experiences.
